Emma Dreher is a Ph.D. Candidate in Political Science at Syracuse University’s Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs and a Research Associate with the Campbell Public Affairs Institute. Her research centers on health policy/economics and political behavior, leveraging survey and experimental data to study behavioral changes among ACA beneficiaries (and non-beneficiaries) in instances of policy threat and prospective benefit loss. She has also worked on projects related to gender diversity, labor economics, and economic equality.
