Alexandra Jabbour BITSS CatalystPolitical Science

Alexandra Jabbour is a PhD candidate in Political science at the University of Montreal. She does research at the intersection of political behavior, geography, and economy. Her dissertation explores the role of local factors on citizens’ assessments of the national economy. The central theme of her work is how the spatial context in which citizens are embedded shapes their political stances. She is currently a research fellow at the Canada Research Chair in Electoral Democracy and affiliated with the Center for the Study of Democratic Citizenship.
