Ani Movsisyan BITSS CatalystPublic Health

Ani completed her PhD at the Department of Social Policy and Intervention, University of Oxford, and is currently based at LMU Munich as a postdoctoral researcher. Her previous research has looked into methods of critical appraisal and certainty of evidence rating in systematic reviews and meta-analyses in the field of public health. At the University of Oxford, she worked to develop a new series of guidelines on how to transparently assess and report judgments on the quality of evidence of the bodies of evidence of complex interventions in public health.

Ani’s current research aims to develop overarching guidance on the conduct and reporting of adaptations of interventions when transferring them into new contexts. She also contributes as a methodologist in developing the World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines on parenting interventions to reduce child maltreatment and organization of postnatal care.
