Prof. Baguma holds a PhD in Psychology and 18 certificates and has taught at Makerere University for 38 years. His fields include Health Psychology, Psychosocial intervention and Organizational Psychology. Has taught undergraduates and postgraduate courses to students in Psychology and rendered services in different units and done a lot of research and consultancy jobs in the public and private sectors. He has experience in leading multi- disciplinary and gender sensitive teams, report writing and editorial skills. He reviews for over 10 international journals and has supervised around 200 postgraduate students, involved in international collaborative linkages, organised over 200 local and international public academic events, edited over 5 books and several book chapters, published 38 articles in refereed journals and participated in creating international professional organisations, including the association for Leadership and management studies in sub-Saharan Africa. He is a member of over 10 international professional organisations and is an external examiner for over 10 universities in Africa.
